Game Seven- 69 Tigers

California Angels 2, Detroit Tigers 1

George Brunet had a great game for the Angels and pitched slightly better than Mike Kilkenny, who was sharp in his first pool play start. The bullpen was also great for the Tigers, but the offense just couldn't put anything together.

Horton hit his second home run in the 4th inning, but that was all the offense.

The Tigers have put themselves in a position where they can't lose again and may not control their fate even if they win out.
